Dana Constanzer, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority in the State of Colorado. I am nationally board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and earned my master’s degree in advanced practice psychiatric nursing from Regis University. I bring a wealth of experience working with individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness, as well as those facing challenges such as addiction and housing instability. I am deeply compassionate and approach each person with respect and openness, meeting them wherever they are in their journey.

My practice is grounded in the belief that healing begins with understanding and connection. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel heard and valued, no matter what they are going through.

While I do not initiate certain controlled medications (such as stimulants or benzodiazepines), I am committed to working collaboratively with my patients to find effective, sustainable treatment options that support their long-term wellbeing.
