Ascent Mental Health is an in-network provider with the following insurance agencies: Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and Tricare West.

Patients with an out-of-network insurance policy may choose to self-pay for appointments. In this case, we can provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Patients are responsible for all copay, deductible, and coinsurance costs. Please call your insurance provider to verify your policy benefits.

Ascent Mental Health requires a credit card on file for all patients to be used for collecting copays, deductibles, coinsurance, no-show, and late-cancellation fees.

Rates & Fees

Appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 48 business hours prior to scheduled appointment times or the applicable no-show/late-cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.

**Please note – Ascent Mental Health requires a credit card on file for all patients. This card will be charged in the event a patient no-shows and/or cancels within our 48-hour cancellation window.**
